Its Sunday Morning
Waking up with a smile, feeling gracious
thinking about what I am cooking for breakfast
getting my family ready for this new week
another seven day journey
Happy to be alive
healthy, good spirit, a piece of mind
better yet peace in my mind

Face feeling aglow
On my way to church, glory I feel I know
things of last week are in the past
looking at the time, can't be late, I step on the gas
ready to hear my favorite songs
uplift my heart, my air fills my lungs
ready for the next verse
this is my favorite part, yes I rehearsed

Sunday is Movie time with the family
not thinking about no work, happy in the moment, just be
Will not rush this day
Blessed to be alive and well on this Sunday Morning
