We started so young
Fresh, new, immature
We had no clue what we were doing
all we knew was we were madly in love
I snatched you up before any other Lady got wind of you
When we were asked were we together? i knew what i was doing
i looked at you for your approval
if you hadn't responded right- instant dismissal
I knew who was at a young age
I was hoping you had the brain to recognize
You did, you proposed then Married Me!
We are still together and living happily
You asked if i loved you the way i loved you from years ago
I replied yes, i am in-love with you so much more
Over the years, things have changed and grown
For the better, not the worst- so many more years to go
